Thanks for the helpful comments, im aware that it would be very difficult for burn in (i’ve used a OLED Switch for almost a year) just wanted to lean on the side of caution on my first night of owning the thing. i downloaded games in desktop mode and worked perfect, thank you :)

my package says expected delivery today but is currently 6 hours away oh how stressful

i ordered 20 mins in, just got tracking and noticed that this time, it is International Priority. (1-3 days) my last steamdeck and my last dock were both the Economy option, 5 day. not sure if this has been done to make up for the delays but nice to see! (FedEx)

and you’d think with all these issues , being a company the size of Valve they wouldnt just say"Welp, lets get back to this monday!" lol

yep, same. this has been a terrible rollout process. i’ve heard of some canadians receiving them before the tracking number even worked. seems so hit or miss.

lol this has been an automatic message since January, they even told me in a ticket that it was irrelevant, and the orders are prepared for shipping.

Odd, im same boat, but this is what i got when i asked them why mines still in “Packaged Items”:

Very very frustrated at this point … ordered 30 mins after launch and have been on “packaged items” since Friday. The support also doesn’t seem to be of any help, questioning if it is lost or they just have forgotten it
