I just received a reply at 9:00PM EST. Classic reply that “We’ve confirmed your order, and you’ll receive an email once shipped, it normally takes 4-8 days for delivery”.
Surprised they replied on American Thanksgiving.
Edit: Good point from a comment below that Valve CS may not be based in U.S.
Does anyone even know if Steam Support would be operating today?
Valve might have support team not located in the US, because I once received their reply midnight. So there is a chance that they may reply.
and you’d think with all these issues , being a company the size of Valve they wouldnt just say"Welp, lets get back to this monday!" lol
