Yep, ordered an LE on the 17th. Should be coming today.

I bought at 1:00am on the 17th, label was created on the 25, shipped yesterday and will arrive tomorrow.

I just received a reply at 9:00PM EST. Classic reply that “We’ve confirmed your order, and you’ll receive an email once shipped, it normally takes 4-8 days for delivery”.

Surprised they replied on American Thanksgiving.

Edit: Good point from a comment below that Valve CS may not be based in U.S.

Can’t cancel once packaged, you’ll have to send it back for refund.

Which version did you get? I am in Ottawa as well.
