It’s extra weird that every deck shipped to AB seems all goes towards Calgary, haven’t heard from anyone in Edmonton get their tracking number.
I’m in the exact same situation for the same model and province. Seriously annoying and it’s frustrating to see people getting theirs when they ordered days later than us.

Purchased 1 TB OLED non LE ~35 mins after launch. Still on packaged. Messaged support 3 times, and given a non-answers once.

At this point it’s pretty clear Valve cared about getting orders in asap but cares little about fulfilling them once they have cash in hand.

It’s one thing for an export delay, but “packaged” means it’s still in the Valve warehouse and they have not processed your order yet.
