At this point I’m starting to think my Deck was packaged so thoroughly it doesn’t have any identifying marks or tracking left on it. That or Valve just really doesn’t want to fucking ship it.
Seeing a bunch of other Canadians get it ship yesterday brought momentary hope, but no. Can’t even refund it the never shipping deck until it arrives despite it not shipping. Won’t lie, feel scammed and punished for ordering on launch, unsupported, and utterly unvalued as a customer.

Same. Ordered 35 minutes after launch and I am still in fucking packaged. Jesus Christ fuck me in the ass
Charge before shipping really sounds like a scam, and a week of waiting without any acknowledgement makes it worse.
:( My deck is also so well packaged that no one knows it is a deck needs to ship.
