GLS decided to not deliver my package today even though it arrived at the last parcel station in the middle of the night and usually that means I’ll get it on that day

Instead they changed the status to “Das Paket befindet sich im Paketzentrum. Es wird am neu vereinbarten Termin zugestellt. (The package is in the package center. It will be delivered on the newly agreed date.)” even though they never contacted me about a delivery date. So now I have no clue what “agreed date” they are talking about and when they will deliver it.

This has to be the worst ordering process I’ve ever seen. I’m really tired of it
