That’s absolute insanity and to be fair it’s total incompetence by majority of couriers in Europe. As many have said I would have paid an extra 20 just to have it shipped with UPS or FedEx
Thing is, it wasn’t the courier’s fault for us not receiving them still, it’s valve which took them a whole fucking week to just fucking ship them to said couriers, ordered on the 16th 21 mins after it released and i was stuck on packaged items until the 24th which is when they fucking barely shipped it.
