I’m so tired of this fucking charade now. No shipping updates since 24/25th on GLS, it’s been nearly a week since it shipped. How can there be no indication of where my Deck is? The people reporting it just turning up randomly don’t reassure me either.
I feel like I can’t leave the house properly or go to the office if I want to because it may turn up and if I’m not in I’ll never find out what happened to my Deck (people reporting it just sitting at a depot without any sort of notification).
It’s over half a thousand pounds that I might as well have flushed down the toilet. It’s starting to affect my mental health, I’ve not been sleeping well for the last couple of days.
I know it’s a first world problem or what but it’s a lot of money that’s gone missing and Valve don’t give a flying fuck. I don’t even believe they’d give me a refund. They’ll just keep saying that it takes 3-5 days forever more.
Hi I checked yesterday my E-Mail acount, and I got E-Mail from GLS saying the delivery will be delayed for 1-3 days. Maybe you got a similar E-Mail from them!
Finally the my SD arrived only dock ist still missing, so there is hope for all the other people that they get there SD living near or in Berlin and order on lunchday wish all of you good luck that your SD arrives today also :)
You need to touch some grass and learn some resilience. It hasn’t gone missing, you just don’t have any patience - there is a difference. It’ll have gone missing if you’re still in this situation in 10 more days (your last update was the 24th, that’s 4 business days ago (inc. Today) - another 10 is two weeks and reason to be concerned. However, if it does go missing, good news is that it is tracked and would be replaced.

No emails, no communication, nothing. That’s the concerning part. There are just no updates, like my package fell into a black hole.
