Day 3 of In Transit and no sign of anything, Parcelforce has just one empty tracking event, GLS are useless as always, ordered 22 minutes after they went live and seeing people who ordered a day later get it sooner stings not going to lie.
Blows my mind Valve are happy using such a shitty service for such an expensive piece of equipment, that and after GLS issues with the Index and the LCD deck are still using them for some reason…
Item was packaged a week ago now, only left the warehouse 4 days after that and since then nothing, if I ordered something from Prime EU it would’ve been here the next day after being packaged… really doubt I’ll buy from Valve direct again if this is what I can look forward too, no updates, slow shipping and being behind people who ordered afterwards really shit experience and has taken some of the sheen off something I was excited for to be honest
Yeah I’ve been saying this from the get go at least give me the option to have a competent service, can’t think of many other companies the size of Valve who would be happy delivering this kind of experience for the amount that people are paying
it’s shocking with the amount of money we are giving them for this kind of delivery service we are receiving, amazon with an expensive item will be delivered to my address with in hours even without prime and the delivery price is fair, not this

Cos they’re cheap.
Which is kinda annoying as I’d quite happily pay extra to get it shipped with someone like DPD. I’ve never had a good experience with Parcelforce.
