I would have hoped they would have atleast scanned it and go it moving from the Netherlands to the UK over the weekend but i guess not. Thing i dont understand is why Valve cheap out on shipping because overnight to the UK from Europe is possible but just costs more, the devices arent exactly cheap

Yep, I thought exactly the same. I still hope they just forgot to scan them cause someone in this thread didn’t get any updates post preadvice and are now due for delivery from parcelforce.
No idea why they’re being so cheap. They chose and ran with the worst companies and lots of decks are being stolen, failed to be delivered and whatnot. I’m tired of Valve’s atrocious business making at this point and I just wish to be done with this asap. Not ordering physical products from them until they start offering better courier services.
I doubt we’d be so lucky had to wait 7 days in packaged hell. They dont even offer a quicker delivery for a cost which doesnt help, i would have happily paid extra for a fast delivery which im sure most people would have done anyways. Waiting over a week/possibly 2 weeks for a £450 device is unacceptable

It seems to update, but I don’t think they’re actively picking up parcels in the weekend, just transporting the ones they have already.

Absolutely. Got orders from America and China faster than this, come on… Feels like a bad joke.
