In NI as well. Mine reached the UK on Wed 22/11 @ 10am, scanned in at the Parcelforce national hub. Nothing since. No tracking updates, no emails, nothing. Usually takes one day to get over here from the mainland, so I was expecting a Thursday delivery or Friday at the latest, but nope. I’m beginning to think it’s been “lost”.
I had an issue when ordering shoes from NL a few weeks ago. GLS sent it to England instead of Ireland and, instead of just sending it from England to NI, they had to return to sender. It’s still stuck at the Parcelforce hub. The same thing may have happened to your steam deck unfortunately.
Oh super! Well thanks for the heads up. I did ask Parcelforce and they said they don’t know where it is so they are going to search for it. I’ve pretty much given up at this point, looks like Valve will be sending another one.

Mine’s still not in the UK yet I don’t think. My Parcelforce tracking number says it’s still with GLS, and GLS tracking says “in transit” still.
I’ll start to think it’s lost if it doesn’t arrive next week. I think they’re just taking their damn time
