Has anyone who recently upgraded from LCD experienced issues with using their existing dock ? Im getting intermittent charging and no HDMI output to a monitor.

The dock is “VVB” from Amazon.

Any input appreciated.

try a 60-65w charger, 99% of issues like that typically vanish with a beefier power supply, borrow one if you can before buying.

Thanks for this. Interestingly I am using the charger out of the OLED box. I’ll try my 60w next !

I have found the docks to always be a little flakey at times. OLED is to be delivered today, but with my LCD Deck, and 2 Docks, One official, one a 3rd party dock.

Quite often when docking, I will have to unplug the HDMI, or the USB C connector, or even the USB C power to ‘reset’ the dock to get it to see my TV.

They both seem more reliable when docking to my PC monitor. So i cant really say if its a dock issue, or deck issue, or just a quirk of the TV. I have not noticed the issue as much with my newer TV. (just got it)

I have never seen any ‘No charging’ issues.

Thanks for the detailed response. Ive tried a power cycle for both deck and monitor, connection resets and individually introducing single connections to no avail !

I have noticed the order of powering up mattered for my older TV.

TV on first, Deck Docked, then power on the Deck.

But that was with an old old Samsung TV. Which i finally replaced.
