10 months agobrowsers are the same, or most applications that rely on the desktop/gtk stuff, amazed they havent fixed that issue considering the scope of applications it pretty much breaks or impedes.

holy shit, does that end up overheating considering its proximity to the apu? its a pretty a tidy fit tho.

you should get a logfile either in the games own folder or your home/documents folder, cant remember which, have a look in the log for any obvious errors/fails.
Ive had some games with issues like yours, got some of them working properly in gamemode by changing to GE-Proton (which it sounds like you have tried) or by running ProtonTricks and enabling Virtual Desktop.
wonder how many actually think this way for real, trade in the ability to play nearly anything on any platform, for the ability to only play ps5 titles remotely, sounds like… er, a bargain?

for Drap+Drop rather than install, you can just use Lutris, 1 of its options is to “Add” an existing game/install, you just point it to the right location and exe and your set, i did this for Microsoft Fury3, NWN2, Well of Souls, Airfix Dogfighter and a few other old games i have backed up on my NAS.
EXT4, there are/were various winblows packages to add EXT4 support to windows, never used any so no idea if they work 100% or have weird quirks.
