I’ve seen it recommended to help with aim in FPS but I’m currently struggling in that regard. What else you guys using it for?

    Fine motor control when aiming.

Analog sticks for big sweeping motions, flicks, then gyro for small adjustments.

Yep. Currently playing DOOM 2016 by flicking the stick for big (60°+) movements, and gyro for instinctually taking fast shots within my current field of view.

It’s very fast and satisfying, and in the case of DOOM 2016, at 90fps, it feels amazing. Hard to believe it’s even possible on a handheld.

Played 50 hours of GTA4 this way too, as well as some other shooters.

I know there are a lot of trackpad bros out there, but imo, this is the most fun way to play shooters on the Deck. Trackpad is great for strategy games, like Civ.

What settings you running for Doom to get it running at 90 FPS? I’ve held off downloading any of my AAA games so far, because I assumed I’d either have to drop settings too much, or accept sub-60 FPS.
