I run gigabyte B450M with Ryzen 7 5800x3d and i want to upgrade my Ram into DDR5 , can I upgrade into a newer mobo? My cpu is Am4 socket but can i use it on am5 socket or i am fucked and i cannot upgrade into DDR5? PS:

DDR5 is AM5 only, so you need to switch to an AM5 processor too. If you already have a 5800X3D, you basically have no need to upgrade for awhile, unless you have shit RAM at like 2666M/T or something
