Hello I moved to the EU a few months ago with my galaxy s23 ultra, bought from the USA and I’ve noticed I don’t receive any updates and the samsung member app says “not support in this region”. Is there any way I could fix this?

I’ve had same issue. My suggestion is to download smart switch on your pc/mac and connect it with your s23. It’ll automaticlly check for latest updates and asks if you want to download it.Basically how i updated my phone
I did try that it says my phone is up to date but i didnt update sincer june
hmm thats really strange… Try updating both smart switch apps and might as well try the vpn option when connecting as well.
