UK brother here. Same story as before ordered on the 16th still no steam deck OLED. Once your package hits mainland UK you should be able to ring parcel force.

Number is 03448004466. Use option 2, then 2 again and finally option 1. You have to go through the automated parcel tracking. But once you did that you can press option 2 for the last time and speak with a human. My experience was I spoke with a helpful lady who contacted the depot. Gave me a reference number and said call back in 2 days if it hasn’t been delivered.

Don’t bother with spamming social media or email, since they didn’t come back to me but hopefully this gets some movement on packages if you guys are struggling

    I’m not sure what you want valve to do to be honest, they strategically place their own warehouses in key places that work best for them based on their experience, then get a shipping company to deliver.

    The only thing I can think is the buyer arranges shipping themselves but then you potentially lose a lot of protections doing that (not sure how much of the distance selling regulations would cover you if you arranged the shipping in this instance if it happened to get lost or damaged)
