Unfortunately some places don’t allow returns if the product has already been used

Same but Valve doesn’t support my country so I can’t return it or ask for any price difference refunds.

Yep same, I just got mine a couple weeks ago. Well, it still works and plays the same games, so I’m not terribly sorry, but it does sting if I think about it too much 🙃

RIP to all people who bought a brand new imported Deck in a unsupported country recently, that shit actually fucking hurts.

Valve seriously needs to extend the list of supported countries, the fact we got this big of a refresh means they’re selling well and they should look to expand.

It’s insanity that imported 64gb Decks cost 500 euros.

Ordered another deck the evening before the announcement. They refunded my order thankfully within 10 mins of my request that morning lol

Comparison is the thief of joy, brother, there’s always going to be something better. Tune out the noise, both internally and externally, and you’ll have a blast.

What’s there to be sad about? You’re in the return window. It’s us who bought the Deck more than 14 days ago who are screwed.

Am I the only one that thinks it’s not much of an upgrade? The resolution is staying the same so it shouldn’t matter much. Plus I don’t play the most graphically-intensive games on deck so I don’t think OLED is going to make that much of a difference. Now if you care about the extra battery life, and refresh rate then sure it might be worth it. But for now, I don’t see a good reason to upgrade.
