I just got an LCD and it’s so much fun! I commute daily for 4 hours a day, and my steam deck became my best travel buddy.
I don’t know why people shit on it just because another version with a nicer screen and more battery life came out. It doesn’t change how nice it is to have, and people are just being greedy
I don’t have a steam deck yet, I was waiting for the autumn sale but it looks like I’ll be getting an Oled one instead. It’ll be good for my daily 2 hour commute.
I mean people were shitting on the screen long before the OLED came out it was always obsolete that’s just the truth, it doesn’t make the machine bad it means it isn’t perfect.
Case in point, have a look in to getting vibrantdeck and tell me it doesn’t improve the experience.

Mostly because Steam was shady about how they did it, Steam didn’t give any warning and many people who had just bought the LCD would have waited.
