Rarely hold it. Just prop it up with the kickstand and use a controller. It’s very comfortable while holding, just kind of heavy.
Does it have first party windows support, or is it still broken?
I would game sooo much more if this thing has first party windows support.
this sub is hardcore fanbois. if you love the steam deck you are in the right place
first party windows support. wait…
My vote is one that hasn’t been released yet. The screen needs to be at least 8 inches (that’s what she said). Windows is a must, who wants a system that doesn’t play any of the most popular multiplayer and sports games. Legion Go is awkward to hold. Steam Deck has no windows and is still too small of a screen. The Ally is clown shoes. The LCD Steam Deck and the OLED play exactly the same games so no reason to break them apart, both leaving most people wishing they could play all the games on the steam store.
little kids game Slime Rancher. under 8 love it
so many people may have held out and seen what new was in the pipeline, but FOMO made them buy the same machine again…
Will this one have anticheat support or will it just be the same games on this one?
Conker’s Bad Fur Day is the only one i could muscle through…
a lot of the Steam games you may own won’t play on the Steam Deck without serious tinkering. No CoD, or any new sports games.
Probably >$250. No one wants to talk about it, but these things are bathroom buddies, so imagine what drifts in there…
Mostly because Steam was shady about how they did it, Steam didn’t give any warning and many people who had just bought the LCD would have waited.
That’s definitely the wheelhouse of the Steam Deck.
No way I’ll double down without first party windows support. When this launched Steam led us to believe they led us to believe all the Steam Store games would soon be compatible with the Steam Deck. The New Steam Deck does nothing to open up any new parts of your Steam Library. Just a cash grab and market protection move so people might not buy the Lenovo Go or ROG Ally.
They are making so much money on these it’s crazy.
when it gets first party Windows support it will definitely be a worthy upgrade.
Definitely two completely different experiences. PC has multiplayer.
