It’s actually going to be interesting seeing how this fairs in terms of resale… I mean, with a console i.e. Gameboy or Vita, you have a platform to collect physically for… The Deck is just a PC, so when it becomes outdated, who’s gonna wanna buy the Limited Edition Version of the old model OLED Deck when the Deck 2 OLED is out
It’ll be a while but I believe this edition will eventually have a bit of prestige to it. But that’s in, 15-20 years. Like the people paying too much for a Duke Xbox controller.

You’re forgetting that basically every gamer not in America/ Canada will be trying to purchase one from a third party source.
