If it ships for you let me know. I ordered my le like 20 minutes after they were available and it’s been stuck on packaged items since Friday. I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say I think it should ship sometime today and with any luck I’ll have the deck by friday
Me too, I ordered it 20 minutes after the release, because the store was not working, and the status is being stuck on “package items” since Friday.

There was once a time when we were put on a waiting list if we wanted to buy a SteamDeck. I had to wait 4 months and was as happy as a child when I received the famous email that it was my turn!

Heh, just got the notification my limited edition has been packaged. I didnt get to order it until around 4pm est so that’s a good sign for a lot of LE purchasers.

From where is the device shipped if your order from EU and which delivery service do they use?
All EU orders are being shipped from Netherlands… and for France they use GLS, not sure other for countries…
I managed to place my order within the first 50 mins, and was hoping for a shipping confirmation latest by Saturday but nothing… :( (still sitting as packaged items as of Monday 13:34)

I haven’t ordered an OLED model but if I did at least I’d have the LCD model to use in the meantime.
The lead time only being about a week or so (according to my store page anyway, 6-10 days) is definitely easier to handle than when I and the other reservers were around waiting not only for the launch day that got delayed from December to February or something like that, but for the waves of availability and watching the tracker to see if it would be our turn for the email to complete payment that week.
(I’m not trying to take away from your joke, I’m just reminiscing. I didn’t get mine until August but the anticipation was quite something.)
