Does anyone else get this weird audio crackling when starting a game now on 3.5? It’s very annoying, only happens when starting the game and getting to the main menu, doesn’t happen in actual gameplay. How could I fix this? 🤔

I have this same exact problem. Crackling in the first few minutes and then it fixes itself. Only began on the 3.5 update. I’m on Stable btw

Noticed the same when starting up Cyberpunk this afternoon. During gameplay it’s fine, but the intro music/sounds had crackling.

Noticed this as well myself, came looking to see if others were experiencing it as well. I’ve tried a few games and the crackling across boot up/main menu is pretty consistent.

in my case the audio crackling varies from game to game. One game I noticed a very slight crackling, on a rhythm game I noticed the crackling is really bad that nothing is in sync. Some other games run just fine so I’m not sure what is happening.

    Running on latest stable 3.5.5.

It appears this was fixed via shader updates (for myself anyways). Last night I tested a few games and the crackling was very noticeable.

About 10 minutes ago I decided to test the same games and I noticed upon launch of each game that vulcan shaders began to download and install.

This removed the crackling for all my games.
