It’s not completely subjective. When I go to a chill playlist in Apple Music or Spotify, I don’t expect to hear Dillinger escape plan. And someone can call hardcore chill music, but they’d be wrong.

I cannot believe I had to scroll this far to find Gris. It is the definition of chill. Some of the answers here are bizarre and in absolutely no way chill.
For real.
The answer is Gris
I always find myself going back every couple years to the same old games. Halo1-3, ninja gaiden, Arkham city, Half Life 2, Skyrim fallout bioshock etc.
The deck will always be able to play them and there are tons of old games I never played and the deck will always be able to play those too. And older games look much better and sharper on a small screen than on a 1440/4K 27”+ screen.
The thing that publicly traded companies don’t understand is that these things that valve do on the surface seem like they are biting themselves in the ass is what actually makes me choose to give them my money over Lenovo, Asus, Epic etc.
I preordered my 512gb deck day one and will keep it forever, and I will absolutely buy Steam Deck 2 and Index 2 and only buy my games through steam.
Less expensive but a 13600k would require a new mobo as well
I too have a 10400f and I just got a 7800xt (think 4070-ish performance).
You shouldn’t be bottlenecked too bad. Right now I’m looking at the 10850k. Will need a new cooler though.
Still on a 10400f….yeah it’s weak and holds my 7800xt back…but prices for 1200 CPUs are still too high, and I really don’t care to upgrade my motherboard and ram.
Out of curiosity, what do you use to cool your cpu and what is your psu? (I’d be willing to buy a slightly better cpu if the price was right)
