Yes, and it’s twice as fast, much easier to use and doesn’t make mistakes unless I’m typing brand names or something similar. I’ve tried to give the Samsung one a good go, but it’s just so slow and cumbersome compared to Gboard.

In my experience it’s the charging part of the phone. If you put a GOOD new plug in, it should work alright for a while. My s8 did it so badly I had to buy a wireless charger, which the whole family wants all the time because they’ve got the same issue, and all have reasonably new phones (1-3 y/o). My s20fe is the only one that still charges with the cable. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s built in, so you’ll buy a new one instead of paying however much it is to get it fixed.
No comment on which phone to buy, but you should be able to have a screen protector installed (onstalled?!) by someone at a phone repair booth or similar. I’ve only ever put one on myself, and after the dust and air that got under it, never done it since. They do the job perfectly, no dust or bubbles!
Because you can get some really nice replacement icons, you can style the whole thing in your preferred colours, and it just feels like it’s your phone!
Sure does. Our mobile signal is pretty well non existent, and the wifi is so bad that it takes ¼ of an hour to watch a five minute video. My s20fe lasts about 6 hours before it’s flat but will last 9 - 10 somewhere where there’s a reasonable signal.
