Exact same issue. Shipped at “24th 15.12 o clock” or something or atleast email by valve but when checking the tracking its only the label created that day.

So i’ve not got a clue, ordered same date as you. I’m from Belgium, I live 1h45mins away from steams stupid warehouse.

Mine hasn’t even done anything lol, it just says parcel data received, not even handed over.
