I ordered my OLED SD on the 18th, had to wait until the 24th to get the tracking info and since then, the tracking only shows “not yet delivered to GLS”. I’m checking everyday, I’ve contacted Steam but nothing is happening.
Is anobody else having this issue ? I’m in France, if it can help…
Exact same issue. Shipped at “24th 15.12 o clock” or something or atleast email by valve but when checking the tracking its only the label created that day.

Upon investigation, the package was shipped on 2023-11-24 (PDT).
The package will normally arrive within 4-8 business days after it is being shipped. But there could be delays in the transfer due to high holiday volume or other circumstances outside of the carrier’s control.
We do our best to deliver all orders within this estimate but it is not a guaranteed delivery window. We encourage you to continue monitoring the tracking information on the carrier website.

I’m in the UK and having the same issue. Ordered on the 20th, given tracking number on 25th.
I sent a ticket to Steam but I expect a generic response.
