Yes, I had dead pixels on my non-LE 1TB OLED. Already sent back to Valve for a replacement. Wish me luck!

Not to sound impatient, but has Steam Support been slower to respond lately for anyone else? I got my OLED on Tuesday and I put in an RMA request for dead pixels. They usually respond within the day, but I still haven’t gotten a response after 3 days. Maybe it’s because of Thanksgiving?

Nope, it’s not a scratch. It’s only visible when the screen is turned on and I ran the Pixel test and it seems to be a vertical cluster of dead pixels.

I’m one of the unlucky few that received a Steam Deck with dead pixels. It’s the normal 1TB OLED model btw.

Mine also has dead pixels. So disappointing!

I received my Steam Deck OLED today and there appears to be a vertical cluster of dead pixels in the center of the screen. I had to RMA my LCD Deck several times due to various issues and I was hoping that Valve ironed them all out with the OLED Deck. Oh well…

Just received mine and I have a line of dead pixels in the dead center of the screen :P
