They literally ripped Dbrand’s online images, made a couple mods and started selling this shit. Minimum effort autism you can do in your basement with pirated Photoshop and 15 minutes of time.

No, they’re going to rant about it like little children until it comes out, then when it comes out they’ll complain about it not being how they wanted, just like they did with USB-C. Cue all of the “I’d get an iPhone if it had this.” crowd that then find a reason not to.
Next they’ll want the EU to mandate app icon placement.
Ha! That’s it!
Wait till they learn that every phone already offers the same thing with any pair of wireless headphones, except the gimmicky projector that no one asked for.
This is like a toy for cosplayers. The reviews are going to be brutal.
Oh god, not this shit again. There was a scam Kickstarter campaign years ago that claimed it would project an entire phone screen on your arm and it was just comically stupid.
There’s a reason all photos are done in dim lighting, because this dumbass idea can’t work in the slightest daylight and you would have to hold your hand in the perfect position in which the projection is focused.
This is just tech media further advertising scams and products that have zero viability.
It is odd that they’ve collaborated with the Louvre and large corps in the past and somehow let something this stupid slip. But a company that large should have meaures to prevent it happening.
