If you can find any laptop with an rtx3060 or 4050 it’ll be more than enough for the games you’ve mentioned plus quite a few more demanding titles, plenty of 4050’s for under £700 in the UK but not sure what availability is like over there

Depends on what the ram is, laptop ram is often SODIMM which are more compact
