Can someone please explain to me, apart from the shimmer which is clearly visible like OP said, how is DLSS trillion times better and worth paying hundreds of dollars more for? Like can you enunciate, because I have an RTX 3050 Ti and I use DLSS and FSR both at 1080p. DLSS has less motion artifacts, but apart from that, I would not consider it to be a million times better to the point that I would buy a slower and more expensive card just to have DLSS.
So it actually runs on GPUs without mesh shaders, as opposed to not booting at all? Interesting.

Radeon is making more revenue and profit than ever before. Why would they fold now when they didnt the last 15 years? How does the author not understand the connection between iterating PC graphics to have GPUs ready for datacenter/consoles/APUs and now even smartphones?

The 7800XT has AI cores, which are dormant now but might get used for whatever AI-enabled feature AMD develops in the future. For that alone, all else being equal, I would recommend the 7800XT. It also has better RT performance than RDNA2, and is very efficient if undervolted, while also overclocking much better than RDNA2.
How does ASUS justify $1100 for a 7735HS and 7600S combo when the same CPU and RTX 4050 goes for $800? Who would pay $300 more for the same performance?
These laptops are not designed to sell, they are designed to give the illusion of competition in a monopoly.
