Quebec, Canada. Ordered the 512gb on the 16th, about 24 minutes in. Just received it this afternoon so a full 2 weeks so don’t despair. Installing right now, doesn’t seems to have dead pixels from what I saw, controls are snappy. This thing is huge, pictures with Switch don’t make justice, it’s really way bigger. Can’t wait to get to the weekend to try that thing!
Quick question : I might get my shipment today, is it best to fully charge it before launching it? Otherwise, what was the initial charge? Thanks!

I got an answer from customer support, I’ll share it with you (for a Canadian order made 24 minutes after launch):
