My OLED deck came with some issues and I’m trying to get it replaced. It’s in the 14 day window and has the warranty.
Steam customer service is simply ignoring all of the faults I list with it and keeps giving me basic info/troubleshooting steps that do nothing. I have physical problems with the hardware. I’ve talked to 2 different reps.
How the heck do I get this thing replaced?
Normally companies send you replacement hardware and ask for the existing hardware back, but apparently not Valve.
Any help would be appreciated.
Been a valve / Steam customer for 20 years, service is really good and they care about their customers. I find the issue is normally the user and how they act and explain things.
My experience with customer service has been 10/10
If your interactions with them were as vague as this post I’m not surprised you’re getting nowhere.
