PlayStation doesn’t use DirectX or Vulkan, it has its own proprietary graphics API. So PC ports will still need completely different DirectX/Vulkan-based renderer. And given that API is different, its AMD driver certainly works differently from Windows driver too. I doubt that underlying hardware being similar will help much in this case.

So AMD sold 40M APU’s to Sony at least, then add the number of Xbox’s sold.
Games are made console first, so for the next 6 or so years 90% of games will be made to run on PS5 hardware ie AMD GPU’s.
