      There is already an OLED mega and prior to that there was a “flex” mega for these kinds of posts. The flex mega did little to stem the tide of constant, “I finally bought an electronic device” posts.

    I ordered the LE and I’m curious to see pics and if the etched glass is as bad as some of the things I’ve read online

      same, luckily there’s plenty of stock of the 512. imma check it out the first day and then return it if i feel it’s not worth the extra 150 bucks

      If it’s the same as the LCD etched glass it’s going to to be an almost imperceptible difference. But also the reflections on the much much brighter OLED screen are going to be far less pronounced on a glossy screen except in direct sunlight. I think most people are going to be pretty happy either way.

      Mate, I never understand the hundreds of up votes for people using their portable device in exactly the kind of place it’s meant to be used. There was a post the other day about someone using SD on a roadtrip as though they had invented some kind of incredible new thing and it had ~800 upvotes and an upvote % in the 90’s. Hello, people have been playing Gameboy and DS in cars for 30 years.

      Those I don’t really mind. I mean the packaging itself tells us our games are going places and that’s a natural evolution of that.

      It’s the “I just got mine” posts that annoy me.

      Probably depends on where you are. My brother got a notification that he’ll either get his next Wednesday…or the following Monday. I don’t know why there’s a jump of five days if the Wednesday delivery doesn’t happen, but hey, that’s what he told me about when he’s getting his.

      Yeah they delete original content and leave up astroturfing and schill posts for dbrand, jsaux, etc. Doing their part!
