Listen I am a sucker for the OLED, 100%. I will sell my fully modded and loved deck and get the new OLED model but at that price, I will probably just get your friend’s and invest in a 1 or 2 TB SSD.

Same situation here, got the 256 version in April, fully modded it with new fan, sticks, and 1TB SSD. Will sell it and get the new OLED model.
I am lucky and I live in a country where SD are not distributed. You can find it but at twice the price. So I am selling my SD LCD at a premium and then using the money to buy the 1TB OLED. No extra money is needed. :D
