Nice! I ended up getting a 15.6" monitor as well for my deck. I end up in hotels every now and then for work and it’s so much nicer viewing stuff on a larger screen, and also gaming on it when I’ve nowhere to be. It’s even better now with the update to 3.5.
To be completely honest, if I can score the limited edition one, I’ll buy it because it looks sexy af… If I can’t, there’s a pretty good chance I won’t bother and just try to hold out till SD2. I definitely want all the improvements they’ve made, however my current use case is still fully met by my existing unit, doubly so that I have an external screen for it as well, however… all of the improvements + the nice looks on that LE one? Yeah, I want that. I just need to figure out what to do with my existing one once I acquire.
Obsolete? No, certainly not. Old and busted? Absolutely. I’m just gonna continue to try and convince myself to spend another grand on the high end model for no good reason…
Been playing through Bastion lately and tbh all I keep thinking is ‘goddamn this looks so fucking beautiful’. It’s for real. Love what you got, though, if you are looking to get, fully agreed with the post title.
