I haven’t used my PC since I get my LCD steam deck quarter 2 and now I have the OLED as well. RIP PC.

Pause the game or press “escape” so the game stops or pauses then put it to sleep. Occasionally I get an audio bug but it works itself out after about 5-10 minutes. So no I never exit a game.

If you adjust the temperature and color it’s not much of a difference I have both. Blacks are darker the battery lasts longer and the cooling is better. Top 3 things which don’t really matter unless you only use the deck. Then why not get the best.

Yes did that when I got my OLED and all my games were there just had to re do shaders.

256 LCD for $300

Return it and buy a new one. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it.

State of decay 2 feels like it was made for the deck. I get up to 5 hours on the OLED at 30 FPS which is smooth enough for me.

You have to fine tune it per game. Once it’s where you like it i find it is better than keyboard and mouse.

The simple push to sleep and resume has made the most impact on me. Even being able to just grab it and play for 5 minutes or 3 hours has been a blessing.

That is the only way.
