Is it worth it to pay more? If you have the money go for it. If you need the better battery go for it. If you’re emulating old systems just buy the cheapest option and slap a 512 or 1tb M.2 in the LCD model. It’s really easy. N64 isn’t going to look much better on an OLED.
It’s only the windows portion that doesn’t work properly. Just missing wireless and audio although there’s a wifi driver that supposedly works. Update Steam OS to 3.5 or newer on the LED before swapping M.2.
With Clover dual boot, works just fine. Just have to set up your vram to 4gb again. Boot the whole thing up normally. Let it do some updates through steam os. Then shut down and boot with volume up+ power to force start into Clover, if you use Clover.
