I was having the same question a week ago the a54 is more a bang for buck type phone . They look the same the fe has a slightly better processor IP rating and wireless charging .
The screen is exactly the same on both of them. I’d buy the a54 unless it’s like a100$ difference and you don’t mind it
I take my complaint back then 🤣, on the bright side I use my phone for YEARS! I’m coming from an iPhone 8 plus ,which I used for the past 5-6years ,still with the same cracked screen protector & half a clear case(because half literally got torn over the years).
My ultra is on my desk till I get my case & Samsung screen protector and then I’m probably going to keep it for the next 4-5 years . Maybe I’ll get new screen protectors& cases this time around
I just got an ultra because my iPhone started dying . If your phone is done & you just want something fresh get the s23. In my country prices are way higher so the ultra cost 1280$ and I got it for 1160$ sad but it’s what it is.
My phone is dying too (iPhone 8 plus) battery really f’ed and the phone lags a bunch. I’m waiting for the s24 series just want something different than iOS for the past 6 years
I get what you’re saying, my head hurts so much on deciding what phone to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus. Every phone has a fault lol . I want to upgrade to an s23 plus it has a lower resolution than it’s more expensive counterpart ,or a pixel 8 plus but it has a slower processor ,or an s23 ultra but it has a curved screen ……
No it doesn’t my B didn’t read the whole post but for the cost I’d buy it because if you want a better phone later on(If the port is broken or something) it’s not a big deal
I remember that for me the s7 edge and the s8 used to lag
In my country they basically are I’d go with the 23 the flip is just a gimmick
No gaming at all? I’d go with the A54 .
Well the good thing is once the 24 is out prices are probably going to go down and you can have a more educated decision then
For these prices I’d go for the 24 ultra which I will do myself, I’m using an iPhone 8 Plus myself but I’d rather wait an extra 2 months for a brand new phone rather than a 1 year old phone .
My iPhone 8 Plus Also hardly charges & wont record videos because of full storage can’t even update the 🤣

I contemplated the ultra or + myself and the + is kinda priced weirdly you can just add 100$ and get the ultra or save 100$ to get the normal s23
I think If you want a big screen just get the ultra add an extra 100$ and get the spen + 12gb ram
And if yo want a smaller screen just get the normal s23
I don’t think it’s worth it to you to upgrade yet unless you want a Samsung phone.
I encourage you to get the 23 ultra. The fold is more of a gimmick, and I don’t think its going to be fun to open and close your fold a lot and you’ll just use the front screen mostly
Depends on your budget , idk how much they are in your country but I’d suggest you look at the a54 instead of the a73.
Now s23 fe is closer to the the flagships but not exactly a flagship and the a54 is a really good midrange in my country an a54 is like 400$ and 23 fe is 650$
Between them I’d go for the a54 and if you’d want something stronger skip the 23 fe and go with an s23 it’s like a 50-100$ difference between an fe and an s23
In my country a 23U alone is 1,200$ for the 256 version so I’d say it’s a good deal
Also holding off on it just because of the curved screen
If you’re going to use your phone for your job maybe look for the S series
