I’m pretty sure my dad’s iPhone 13 Pro is dead. It’s been in salt water for over a year at 6m.
I’ve had several iPhones and battery life has never been an issue. Even my 13 pro with its 85% battery still easily lasts a day with heavy use.
I’m not upgrading mine until it dies or my wife decides she wants to play games on it instead of her switch.
If I were to spend the money, which right now with the holidays coming up I’d rather not, but if I would, the choice would be an OLED steamdeck with a 2TB drive or a 14700K, 32GB DDR5 upgrade to my current 7700K 32GB DDR4 system.
Freespace 2. I’ve put probably 100 hours on the deck into the vanilla main campaign, blue planet missions, and the blue planet version of the main campaign. Such a classic game. I wish they made more of them. Getting the Knossos launcher installed took some effort but it’s not too difficult. There is a version that runs natively in Linux but I found running the windows version in proton is a lot easier to install on the deck.
Nope. I’m happy with it.
This is great. Hopefully the decks are the same size and the screens are interchangeable.
There are two types of devices: those designed to go underwater, and those that aren’t. iPhones aren’t.
