I would bet that Valve chose a logistics partner who receives the pallets of Donks from manufacturing, then splits them down and packages them for shipping and use whichever service they have contracts with.
ie I doubt Valve is choosing which last mile couriers are in use in each country.
They’ve botched their launch big time. But from what I’ve seen, the LCD launch was not much better either (please correct me if I’m wrong).

Not only cheapest, but one of the worst reviewed as well. And definitely the worst tracking experience I have ever seen. Bizarre choice tbh.
