is 70hz on the LCD noticeable? or waste of battery?
How do you overclock a screen? I’d be interested to see if I can overclock my old gaming laptop to above 60hz
in the battery settings in the quick settings, there’s a stretch option and for the most part it doesn’t distort the image noticeably and then the whole screen is now the game. Seriously try it it’s really good
The stretch option is really clutch, looks normal in a lot of games and completely fills the screen
I’m just gonna say it really doesn’t matter and I’d literally anything happened regardless you can just rma it.
this isn’t a knock on anyone, but you can really tell who is the tinkerer crowd, and the who the “I just want a console” crowd is by how much they tolerate windows lol
I agree though that windows can be unnecessarily frustrating for pc handheld gaming though
kind of on you but hopefully you remember what they look like and maybe they can track who they are with the payment they used originally
considering after tax I paid like 700 for my deck, I’d rather just keep it and enjoy it for years to come rather than sell it for peanuts now that the oled is out. When the actual steam deck 2 is out I’ll think about getting that one but probably keep my original. It’s like a part of gaming history at this point, plus it can do a LOT more than a regular old console
Game compatibility
I have, it’s definitely something a few people are saying
I believe them, I want the Deck 2 to have a performance upgrade like going from a ps4 to a ps5
you’d be surprised how many people were still trying to sell a deck for like 800 dollars when they had become available all the time instead of having to wait
No the real bad timing were the people just yesterday arguing that deckHD is a great idea lmao
most AAA game that I have is probably Apex lmao. It runs at a pretty stable 60 unless you’re up in the ship so that’s pretty good considering only the ps5/series x can do above 30 fps on console for apex.
probably because of the 90hz and maybe placebo because of the better contrast, blacks, and colors
