In theory, they shouldn’t since RCS really isn’t any different then a WhatsApp (or any other data based messaging service), but I just don’t know.

Think of it as a chat platform like iMessage, WhatsApp, etc (meaning it works via data), but is meant to replace SMS/MMS at the carrier level.
Google’s been pushing it really hard since 2019 to be the default chat platform on Android, and Apple just announced they’ll be adding it to iPhones next year.
If you’re looking for something more rugged, Supcase’s Unicorn Beetle Pro is my go to case.
You have a phone from the future, nice!
As for screen protectors, the only good gonna glass ones are the UV ones that require a UV light to cure the glue, and are a massive pain to install.
I’ve had T-Mobile’s film protector, Zagg’s film protector and a Whitestone Dome Glass, and the Dome Glass was the best of the three.
The other ones are film, and do work, but don’t really offer drop protection and will scratch.
In the US, carriers control when the update gets released.
I’m on T-Mobile, and my S23 Ultra got the update this morning.
It wasn’t as bad in the past because the user was able to at least upgrade the RAM and storage on their own.
Now, the user can’t, so the problem gets exacerbated even more.
Your welcome.
The last option would be to call into customer service and have them delete your voicemail inbox and create a new one.
Do you have T-Mobile’s visual voicemail app installed?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tmobile.vvm.application
If so, that should clear the notification when you delete a voicemail message in it, without having to call.
Another option, if you do have to call, is to just press the 7 key while a message is playing and that will delete it. You don’t have to wait for it to finish.
The S-Pen
I’m a heavy S-Pen user and there really isn’t anything like it on any other device.
My first Note was a Note 8 and I’d have a hard time using a phone without the S-Pen.
